I can draw a variety of buildings including houses, flats, bungalows, shops, schools, universities, and wedding venues.
What I Need
A perfect hi-resolution photograph, which shows a good view of the building. I will need a photograph that is clear, has good lighting, and captures the character of the house, flat, or venue of choice. The better the photograph the better understanding I will have of your bespoke illustration. Please note, that I will not draw surrounding objects such as cars, bins satellite dishes, etc…
I will then produce an A5-sized (landscape or Portrait) pen and ink drawing. Mount size – 10″x12″ to Fit A5. The price is for 1 building only. This is perfect as a gift, a new home present, for family, friends, or even a special treat for yourself!
Depending on demand, drawings can take 2-3 weeks to be produced and 3-5 business days when posted (dispatched from the UK), however, I will confirm this on order.
